Position: Founder & Managing PartnerMelissa M. White, PHR, SPHR, is a distinguished Global HR Executive with an expansive track record in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Strategic HRIS Implementation. Based in the NYC area, Melissa currently champions building and leading high-performance teams across various dynamic business environments. She possesses deep expertise in staff recruitment and retention, conflict resolution, and the development of comprehensive benefits and compensation frameworks.

Melissa's career is marked by her role as VP & Head of Human Resources at TandemAI since January 2022, where she has significantly enhanced the technological capabilities of HR departments through adept HRIS system management. Previously, she held the same position at Accuity Delivery Systems in New York, where she was pivotal in establishing the HR department, recruiting key management roles, and supporting a remote workforce of over 300 employees across 46 states.

Her strategic input and direction have been vital in shaping corporate missions and driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals. Melissa's accomplishments include the successful implementation of Paylocity, enhancing digital tracking and performance management, and spearheading major HR policies and best practices that have governed core organizational functions.

Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Marist College and an MBA with a focus on Human Resources Management from Herzing University. Her certifications include Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) and Professional Human Resources (PHR), underscoring her dedication and proficiency in her field.
